Alykhan Kaba is a media executive and investor based in Los Angeles, California. After starting his career at McKinsey & Company, he transitioned to roles in strategy and corporate development at Live Nation, Entertainment One, Activision Blizzard, and a venture-backed music-tech startup. Most recently, he led Content Strategy at NBCUniversal, where he led content investment decisions for unscripted original and acquired content.

After more than a decade forming strategies for market leaders, Alykhan launched Aries Media Ventures to back founders who were shaping the future of the global media industry. Originally from Vancouver, Canada, he was raised in an East African Indian family, an experience that inspired his interest in emerging markets. He holds an HBA from Ivey Business School and an MBA from Northwestern Kellogg School of Management.
